Calling you OUT!

I am so thankful for each and every blessing… and I find it interesting that the moment I should be relaxing and ready to see the next step God has in store for my life… satan is already trying to steal my joy, put lies in my heart, and stressing me out, and I refuse to let him!

So, as Bob Goff says in his book, “Love Does” that he does not want to even give satan the satisfaction of having his name capitalized… I will not be capitalizing his name either, ever. Bob encourages us to be harsh with satan, so this poem is harsh. Do not allow him into your life because as 1 Peter 5:8 says…

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
Calling you Out

I’m calling you out here and now
I will not listen, I will not bow
I’m calling you out on your lies
I’m breaking these chains, and severing these ties

I’m calling you out, you will not win
Jesus already paid the cost for my sin
I’m calling you out, you won’t steal my joy
I will tune you out when you annoy

I’m calling you out, and your demons too
You don’t scare me, because I know what’s true
I’m calling you out, for every lie you’ve told
For every heart you’ve broken, and every soul you “stole”

I’m calling you out, so get out of my life
I’m sick of dealing with your strife
I’m calling you out, the battle has already been won
You lose satan, your chance is gone.

I’m calling you out for who you are
The world needs to hear of this fallen star
I’m calling you out, right now, today
You’ve messed with God and you will pay.
